iN8sWoRld has been transformed into a true weblog! For many years I've dealt with the (minor) annoyance of a modem internet account and hosting my pages within the measly parameters that AT&T afforded me with that account. No longer! Recently, I changed ISPs and being dazzled by the speed of my new, faster internet connection, I did not realize how important having a little space of my own on the web was to me. When I learned that the cable company did not offer even the tiny amount of hosting space the other ISP offered, I was distraught, but my thoughts were mainly for others: Surely my faithful vistors would pine the loss of my old page! Their daily clicks would go unanswered, and I would pass into obscurity... another forgotten web squatter holding up a sign that read something like "will code for food" as they sped past me on the information highway looking for more exciting verbal vomit.

I would not have it! Instead, I decided to grant myself a birthday present and stake my claim in the digital world. I thought long and hard about a name for the site, but it always came back to "iN8sWoRld", and largely since all the good names (like "sex.com") are already taken, I decided it was good enough. The domain is registered for 3 years, so you can count on it for that long anyway, though the hosting service http://www.page-zone.com is new to me. update 2024 I moved the site to dreamhost after a few years.
